Capture Manager Location:
Candidates in the DC area are preferred; remote options considered for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a capture plan for key opportunities in collaboration with Program Managers and Business Development teams. Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to meet customer needs and enhance competitiveness. Lead strategies for winning proposals, including win themes, solutions, teaming, and pricing strategies. Drive proposal writing and manage technical and management volumes. Identify efficiencies through automation, tools, and data reuse. Contribute to Harmonia's long-term strategic planning. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with the Shipley Capture Workbook or similar systems. Ability to analyze customer issues and identify solutions. Experience with federal procurement sources like GovWin, LinkedIn, and congressional budget justifications. Developing detailed capture plan narratives. Performing probability of win calculations. Leading milestone and gate reviews. Minimum of 4 years related experience; 8+ years for senior roles. Skills and Abilities:
