Litigation/Trial Attorney (Hybrid)
Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking a highly skilled Litigation/Trial Attorney to strengthen its Employment Law and Executive Advocacy practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with substantial trial experience to work on challenging employment law cases. The firm values teamwork, collaboration, and legal excellence.
Duties:
Lead and manage employment law litigation and trials from start to finish.
Represent clients in courts, arbitration, and mediation.
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy in employment disputes.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
Build and maintain client relationships and manage a client portfolio.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality legal service.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of first-chair litigation and trial experience.
Proven success in handling complex litigation cases.
Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple cases effectively.
Capability to work independently and in teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Existing book of business.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
Skills:
Extensive litigation and trial preparation experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
