A law firm seeks attorneys with 3-10 years of experience to join its dynamic team in Springfield, MA. Assist clients with financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate deals. Trusts and Estates: Develop sophisticated estate plans tailored to individual client needs. Manage probate and trust administration and represent clients in probate litigation. General Litigation: Litigate complex commercial disputes, including pre-trial motions, discovery, and courtroom advocacy. Represent clients in diverse civil matters, providing strategic and results-driven legal solutions. Requirements 3-10 years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the practice areas listed. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality legal representation. A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to managing client matters. Excellent academic credentials and effective interpersonal communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills tailored to client needs.
