Job Description
Welcomes and acknowledges each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
Thanks guests sincerely and bids them farewell.
Addresses all guest requests, problems, and needs at Rixos Hotels Egypt, focusing on guest satisfaction and finding solutions.
Maintains a professional appearance, including clean uniform, nametags, and personal hygiene, in accordance with company policies.
Attentively listens to guests, handles complaints properly, and provides guest-oriented service.
Coordinates with all departments to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
Follows VIP procedures, greeting VIP guests and bidding them farewell appropriately.
Monitors overall guest satisfaction throughout the day and reports observations to the Guest Relations Supervisor.
Responds to guest inquiries, suggestions, and complaints in writing and verbally.
Participates in training programs and departmental meetings to enhance service quality.
Contributes to environmental protection by minimizing resource consumption, participating in related activities, and following waste management protocols.
Ensures compliance with quality management systems at the hotel.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic, German, French, or Russian is preferred.
Training:
Participation in relevant seminars and training programs.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office and Front Office software (e.g., Fidelio, Opera).
Skills:
Familiarity with guest profiles and customer service orientation.
