Role Description

This is a full-time, TEMP to HIRE role for a Recruiting Sourcer at Comfort Windows in Syracuse, NY. The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for finding and communicating with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Relationship Building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing is a plus but Not Required
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but Not Required
