We are seeking a Director Sales with demonstrated experience in Enterprise Logistics Tech Sales to drive sales efforts in the fast-growing North America Market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the nuances of the US Region, coupled with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the courier, express parcel, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation in the logistics and retail space. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier, express parcel, and retail industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Operations and Performance: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the logistics, courier, express parcel, or retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the logistics and retail landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
