This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Retail Consultant located in San Francisco, CA. The Jewelry Retail Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting jewelry pieces, explaining the features and benefits of various products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include inventory management, maintaining product displays, processing sales transactions, and building lasting relationships with clients. The consultant will also participate in training and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications
Customer Service and Sales skills Product Knowledge and Inventory Management skills Communication and Relationship-building skills Attention to detail and Organizational skills Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA Availability to work on weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in gemology or a related field is beneficial Seniority level
