resort caters to affluent leisure travelers, groups, and discerning guests seeking an elevated island escape. Position Summary The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key international and regional markets, leveraging strong relationships in the travel trade and luxury consortia networks. The role requires a
self-motivated leader who can develop strategic partnerships, execute effective marketing initiatives, and represent
the property at industry events globally. This is a remote-based role open to candidates in New York or Florida, with
periodic travel to Jamaica and key feeder markets. Key Responsibilities ● Design and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy targeting leisure, groups, wholesale,
and MICE segments. ● Cultivate and manage partnerships with luxury consortia (Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, Travel Leaders,
etc.). ● Build strong relationships with travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients, particularly
those specializing in Caribbean destinations.
Represent the resort at major international trade shows, sales missions, conferences, and client events. ● Oversee digital marketing initiatives, public relations activities, and brand positioning to maximize visibility. ● Work closely with ownership, revenue management, and operations teams to optimize business
performance. ● Analyze market trends, produce performance reports, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue
targets. ● Ensure consistent brand representation across all sales channels, marketing platforms, and partnerships. ● Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase occupancy. Qualifications & Experience ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably within luxury or boutique
properties. ● Established relationships within luxury consortia and travel trade networks. ● Deep understanding of the Caribbean travel market, with existing relationships in the region highly preferred. ● Proven track record of driving revenue across multiple market segments. ● Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and public relations for luxury hospitality. ● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. ● Proactive, independent, and highly organized with strong collaboration skills. ● Experience representing luxury properties at international sales events.
