Location: New York
MAIN PURPOSE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communication Activations, the Assistant Manager will lead performance media activations and campaign management across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and organic social. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analytics, and reporting, with a focus on strategic insights and optimization. Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytics skills are essential. Main Accountabilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
Deep understanding of performance marketing channels. Lead daily operations for campaigns, especially paid search and ongoing programs. Develop media plans and evaluate their effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance for ROI and engagement improvements. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Understand luxury and retail media landscapes. Analytics and Data Management
Support media team with analytics and measurement frameworks. Create performance reports and derive actionable insights. Handle data collection, validation, and cleansing. Experience with GA4, Looker, SA360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Salesforce is recommended. Budget Management & Forecasting
Support online performance forecasting. Assist in managing the media and digital budget. Process invoices and maintain budget documents. Keep media planning tools updated and aligned with guidelines. Industry Trends & Innovation
Research media, retail, and competitive trends; share findings regularly. Team Dynamics
Build relationships with media agencies and partners. Collaborate with US teams and HQ on projects. Strengthen relationships with key media partners. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, consumer behavior, or analytics. 3-5 years in performance marketing, analytics, or related roles. Experience in luxury or retail is a plus. Proficiency in digital channels and analytics tools. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and data analysis. Experience with web measurement technologies like Salesforce, Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics. WE OFFER
