Key Responsibilities
Lead or participate in project implementations, migrations, and maintenance support for a range of network and security products.
Wireless Networks, Switches, and Routers: Deployment and configuration of
Cisco, HPE/Aruba, or Ruckus switches, VLANs, and routing, with wireless implementations utilizing Cisco, Aruba, or Ruckus solutions. Network & Security Solutions: Implementation and support for Bluecoat Proxy, RSA Server, MS Radius Server, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Airwave, Nessus, Solarwinds, and PRTG. Firewall Solutions: Deployment and configuration of Cisco, Checkpoint, Watchguard, Fortigate, Palo Alto, and Juniper firewalls, including IPSEC/Site-to-Site VPN and Unified Threat Management (UTM) features such as antispam, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention (IPS/IDS), and content filtering. Windows Server Support: Basic implementation of Windows Server environments, focusing on Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS configurations. Microsoft Azure Network Configuration: Configuration and support of network features within the
Azure/AWS cloud environment. Provide
24x7 software maintenance support on a rotating basis , ensuring system reliability and rapid response to incidents. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education:
Diploma or Degree in IT , or relevant IT certifications aligned with product focus. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in IT, with exposure to Network project implementation
and support, preferably within a
System Integrator (SI) environment. Strong knowledge in networking and security, with hands-on experience in network design, configuring wireless networks, firewalls, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with firewall configurations and UTM feature management. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Azure/AWS network configurations. Experience in System Integrator projects or similar environments is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
