seeking a contractor to assist with data entry into SNAP-Ed's Program Evaluation and Reporting System (PEARS) including, but not limited to, all Policy, System, Environmental (PSE) data, behavior and other program activity data for FY23
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data procedures as outlined by the Georgia SNAP-Ed plan
- Enter required PEARS data following date entry schedule as provided by SNAP-Ed state coordinator
- Meet regularly with the Evaluation Specialist to ensure integrity and accuracy in all reported data
- Manage and provide historical PEARS exports as requested to identify trends in data for both behaviors and PSEs and communicate findings
- Completely quarterly PEARS data cleaning exports
- Collaborate with Evaluation Specialist and necessary staff in efforts to streamline PEARS data entry
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with advanced data management including, but not limited to, storing, organizing and maintain data files
- Strong abilities to organize and maintain complex datasets
- Advanced attention to detail
- Ability to utilize and learn variety of data software programs including PEARS
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite
