0.5 Interim Director of Curriculum and Staff Development

MSAD15 is seeking a part-time Director of Curriculum and Staff Development for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. This position will assist the Interim Superintendent with Improvement of Instruction tasks including:
- ESEA grant management
- Certification and CHRC tracking
- Professional development planning
- Required training implementation
- Curriculum materials selection
- Course & conference management
- Serve as Foster Care Liaison
- Serve as District Assessment Coordinator
- Facilitate/coordinate the PEPG, Certification, Wellness, and Curriculum Committees
Work hours and week are somewhat negotiable. Some remote work may be possible for the right candidate. This is a salaried, benefits eligible position under the Directors employment agreement.
Applicants who have experience with MSAD15 schools or experience as a curriculum director are preferred. Candidates must hold a Maine Department of Education Administrator Certificate. Maine Department of Education endorsements: 078 Curriculum Director, 015 Assistant Superintendent, or 010 Superintendent preferred.
