Position: Maintenance Electrician Location:Louisville, KY 40218 Pay: $34.30/hour Shift:2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) or 3rd Shift (11PM-7AM) Snelling Staffing is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a key industrial client in Louisville. This role supports equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have both electrical and mechanical experience, along with strong troubleshooting skills. Job Responsibilities: Maintain and repair production equipment to minimize downtime. Follow all company safety rules and procedures. Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs. Install wiring and conduit for equipment such as conveyors and PLC systems. Replace electrical components including motors, switches, relays, and sensors. Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components, including circuit boards. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret schematics, ladder logic, and block diagrams. Maintain accurate maintenance records and clean work areas. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Proven troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to pass an Advanced Industrial Skills and Electrician Knowledge test. Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and overtime as required.
