We’re looking for a dedicated
Master Electrician
to lead projects, ensure compliance, and mentor apprentices and journeymen as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
Lead electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes.
Manage job site safety and enforce company protocols.
Supervise and train electrical apprentices and journeymen.
Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and offer cost-effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
Valid Master Electrician license (State of [Insert State]).
5+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of NEC and state/local electrical codes.
Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
