What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, including routine tasks such as filter and belt replacements. Carry out general maintenance, including skills in carpentry, plumbing, light electrical work, and minor cement masonry, while adhering to safety standards. Manage landscaping and maintenance of grounds, including snow and ice removal as needed. Handle disposal of medical waste, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assist with construction projects and coordinate with contractors, managing furniture and equipment moves as required. Oversee building security and access control systems under the direction of the Clinic Administrator. Supervise vendor-provided maintenance of HVAC, electrical, security, and other essential systems. Ensure company vehicles are maintained to standards. Document safety inspections according to corporate guidelines and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Perform janitorial duties to respond to immediate needs. Fulfill other assigned duties as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of building maintenance experience. First-Aid certification within 90 days of hire. Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong verbal and listening communication skills. Solid logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects with interruptions. Professional interaction with a diverse range of employees. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of safe chemical usage for cleaning duties. Ability to operate and use maintenance tools and equipment safely. Proficient in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and HVAC maintenance.
