Are you an experienced forklift operator ready to join a fast-paced, safety-first warehouse? Staffmark is hiring for Warehouse Forklift Driver positions for a leading logistics company in Joliet, IL. Job Details: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $19.50/hr. 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $20.50/hr. 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $20.75/hr. Overtime available (Saturdays as needed) Weekly pay + full benefits
Requirements: 2+ years of forklift driving experience (sit-down propane required) Experience in cross-dock environments and using clamp trucks a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/bend throughout shift Comfortable using RF scanning and basic computer systems Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Willingness to work some Saturdays and OT
Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down propane forklifts, clamp trucks, and push-pull equipment Load/unload trailers and move inventory to storage locations Pick, stage, and scan inventory using RF scanners Perform daily equipment checks and follow warehouse safety protocols Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and keeping the warehouse clean
