DaVita Kidney Care . This position is based in Denver, CO, with potential for remote work. The Manager will be part of the Nephronauts team within Clinical Transformation at DaVita IKC, leading projects to improve kidney care through innovative, value-based strategies. Responsibilities include:
Leading diverse Value-Based Care projects, developing and executing project plans. Creating strategic solutions aligned with IKC business goals, supporting network growth, and collaborating cross-functionally. Conducting complex analytics, including statistical analysis and data synthesis, ensuring data integrity. Managing project timelines and deliverables for product innovation and strategic initiatives. Fostering operational excellence and building relationships within IKC and DaVita, providing thought leadership. Communicating complex ideas effectively to various audiences, including leadership. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. 3-5 years in analytical roles such as consulting, finance, or economics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in healthcare services, payers, or value-based care models preferred. Benefits include:
