This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Maintenance professional located in West Memphis, AR. The Manufacturing Maintenance role involves daily tasks including maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, and performing preventative maintenance. The role also requires coordinating with the engineering team, providing training to operators, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations
• Proficiency in Communication and Training skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance within a manufacturing facility is a plus
