We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Automation to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of automated manufacturing processes. This role requires extensive experience in advanced manufacturing techniques, strategic planning, and leadership to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in EV manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of sustainable mobility through expertise in high-tech manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities include strategic leadership in manufacturing innovation, program oversight and execution, technology evaluation and integration, quality and compliance leadership, mentorship and team development, and continuous improvement. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a Master’s or Ph.D. preferred, and 10-15+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, especially in automotive or EV industries. Technical expertise in EV-specific manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs, robotics, AI-driven manufacturing systems, and proficiency with CAD/CAM, simulation software, MES, and ERP systems is required. Strong leadership, project management skills, and strategic thinking are essential.
