Achieve key KPIs aligned with the company's annual operating plan for your territory. Represent Bacardi to distributors, customers, and consumers, driving new business and maintaining relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to maximize performance and sales. Develop and implement strategies with key customer accounts. Manage your budget effectively, demonstrating financial acumen. Provide market updates and competitive insights to the team. Ensure proper execution of distribution, pricing, POS, and displays. Review overall market performance, including sales drivers and activations. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in spirits or beverages, with 3+ years in off-premise sales. Knowledge of the off-premise retail landscape. Leadership qualities, ownership mentality, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation. Ability to travel up to 25%. Additional Information
Salary range: $83,844 - $109,051, determined by location, experience, and skills. This position is on-site and at a mid-senior level, full-time, in sales and business development within the beverage manufacturing industry.
