Now Hiring: Executive Assistant Hybrid (Athens / Gainesville / Gwinnett, GA) or Remote (Eastern Time hours)
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Executive Assistant to support the owner of a growing, security-focused MSP. Manage calendars and executive scheduling
Triage emails and flag what needs urgent attention
Track internal/client projects — follow up to keep things moving
Create/schedule posts using Canva, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT
• Assist with light content creation and client communications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (tech or MSP experience preferred)
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Canva, LinkedIn, ChatGPT/CoPilot (ConnectWise is a bonus)
Based in Athens / Gainesville / Gwinnett — or remote for the right candidate
