Support client teams in their mission to perform excellent client service and drive impactful results. Assist in the project management of delivering and gaining approval for campaign components. Build and deploy emails using platforms such as EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Luminate, and more. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaigns and objectives. Manage email lists and audience segmentation on our clients' behalf to ensure personalized messaging. Build and deploy email automation campaigns across platforms. Perform thorough quality assurance testing of emails to ensure they render correctly across various devices and email clients. Analyze email campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements. Optimize digital fundraising campaigns to maximize ROI across channels. Evaluate emerging tactics and techniques. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption as appropriate. Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. 1-2+ years of email marketing experience. Experience building and deploying segmented email marketing campaigns with some working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Agency and/or nonprofit experience highly desired, but not required. Experience working across a variety of email marketing platforms and technologies. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize and manage time across multiple campaigns. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Qualities you bring to the table
