Vaulted's proprietary technology builds on decades of expertise to deliver safe, durable carbon and waste management solutions at scale.
About the Role
At Vaulted, we have an aggressive development plan for new sites. The pace at which we can ramp up our Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) generation is directly tied to our ability to source organic waste and new sites. To source these sites at scale, we need to be strategic and efficient. The GTM Strategy Manager will lead the development and implementation of Vaulted’s GTM strategy, with responsibilities including:
- Leading deal structuring and negotiations for high-priority deals
- Managing high-priority project deals
- Owning relationships with key strategic partners
- Leading cross-functional project execution involving business development, regulatory, site development, operations, and commercialization teams
- Supporting deals with positioning, financial analysis, and executive presentations
- Performing financial and market analysis on sites during project development
- Developing tools for efficient go-to-market strategies
- Standardizing playbooks, tools, and templates to improve efficiency
- Representing Vaulted at waste industry and partner conferences
- Engaging in special projects and tiger teams as needed
- Formulating go-to-market strategies for waste partnerships
- Developing state-level project development strategies
- Positioning Vaulted to waste and land partners
- Conducting one-off analyses
Internal Communications and Culture (5%)
- Planning and leading BD team events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, offsites)
- Developing materials for Vaulted’s all-hands and offsites
- Modeling Vaulted’s culture internally and externally
What You Will Bring
To succeed, the GTM Strategy Manager should have relentless drive, hustle, and a sense of urgency. The role requires managing multiple threads and delivering rapid results. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of experience, including 2+ in climate-tech, energy, infrastructure BD, or consulting
- Ability to define and execute strategies effectively
- Proven operator in high-growth environments, comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience working with sales or BD teams in fast-paced settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of positioning and messaging
- Data-driven mindset with experience in financial modeling
- Experience managing small teams and third-party consultants
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
