Compensation:
$70,000
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.
Leverage MassMutual’s robust network of specialists, including tax, estate planning, business development, and wealth management teams.
Utilize advanced digital tools to manage your business efficiently and provide enhanced transparency to clients.
Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential
Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required
Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is
Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial
2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role.
Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 (or willingness to obtain).
Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice.
