Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time Be a productive member of your team in the service shop Must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician) Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor Enroll in an accelerated training program through Toyota Motor Corp. (At no cost to you) Qualifications:
3-4 ASE certifications are preferred but not required 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position A high level of motivation and energy Able to work well with others Valid driver's license with a good driving record Performance Toyota Fairfield
