State Fund's Enterprise Procurement unit has an exciting opening for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst. In this role, you'll take the lead in managing all phases of our sourcing process, overseeing initiatives aiding programs across the organization.
Under the direct supervision of the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will:
Procure products and services critical to our success while ensuring top quality and overall value Identify and inform on potential business, security and privacy risks Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization Effectively communicate the sourcing process to senior leadership and executive team. Our Procurement team operates Statewide, with occasional travel required to various State Fund sites and locations.

Ability to effectively lead and facilitate group discussion in team settings Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills Proficiency in SOW development and obtaining Business Requirements Experience managing conflicts tactfully and prioritizing competing deadlines Familiarity with Project Management principles and discretion in handling sensitive information Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, along with multitasking and organizational competency Consistent attendance and availability during working hours Adaptable to manage ongoing or unforeseen projects as required Additional Skills that would be advantageous includes:

Working Conditions
