Senior Contract Recruiter
to support the growth and expansion among our top clients.
This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful roles within the biotech rare disease and healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities: Create target lists, identify candidates, and execute a defined sourcing strategy that will attract top talent. Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process. Communicate important employment information during delivery of client offers. Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS.) Manage full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and engaging passive candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.

Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years’ experience
recruiting in the Life Science and Healthcare industry. Proven expertise in sourcing, direct recruiting, and selecting candidates.
Additional Skills/Experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, organizational, and talent acquisition skills.
