Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient in Portsmouth, VA
Compensation: $280,000-$300,000+ Bonus; total compensation well over $300,000

Responsibilities
- Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
- Manage a small patient panel (60-90 patients)
- Supervise PCPs and NPs
- Focus on seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
- Implement value-based care models
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- MD or DO in relevant specialties
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in geriatrics or family practice; leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to travel locally and regionally
- Active, unencumbered Virginia MD or DO license
