You will work under the general supervision of a clinical pharmacist to ensure accurate medication details. Key responsibilities include: Conducting interviews with patients and family members to compile comprehensive medication lists. Contacting community pharmacies or healthcare facilities for medication clarifications. Updating electronic health records with medication history, allergies, and adverse drug reactions. Documenting interventions and communicating unresolved issues to clinical specialists. Assisting in patient education and discharge counseling preparations. Qualifications Needed: - High school diploma or GED required. - 2 years of retail pharmacy experience and 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred. - Current pharmacy technician license or pharmacy intern license is mandatory. - Board Certification as a Pharmacy Technician must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
