Meeting Coordinator ($25/HOUR) for One-Day Legal Conference
We are looking for a Meeting Coordinator to assist with the seamless execution of a one-day legal conference in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating meeting logistics, facilitating discussions, and managing client relationships to ensure the success of the event.
Location: New York, NY
Date: Mid-May (Exact Date TBD)
Compensation: $25 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Meeting Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure smooth execution of the event.
Facilitate discussions and activities, ensuring active participation and engagement.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing any inquiries.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams to keep everything running on schedule.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event coordination, project management, or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
