The Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) is an outside healthcare sales representative responsible for generating sales leads and memberships by nurturing relationships with senior citizens, community partners, and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients. The role involves designing and orchestrating sales events and developing engaging, cost-effective techniques to maintain high senior participation and satisfaction, thereby driving referral sales from satisfied patients to fuel membership growth. The MGC effectively communicates the ChenMed/JenCare value proposition at community events.

As a Membership Growth Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to join a leader in value-based primary healthcare, serving our most vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for generating and driving high-quality sales leads within your geographical area, utilizing various mediums to generate new memberships, including building relationships with senior citizens, health agents, brokers, community partners, and senior-focused businesses.

WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU
High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in sales, healthcare, marketing, community engagement, or related fields preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered
At least 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably with seniors and understanding of Medicare Advantage
Business-to-business sales or management experience preferred
Experience in telesales and maintaining sales data
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with specified limits
