Overview
The Staffing Coordinator supports the Staffing Resources Department by collecting, processing and disseminating information concerning the staffing pool employees and patient acuity/census throughout the hospital; collaborating with nursing units to best utilize available staff under the direction of the Staffing Resources Manager, with assistance from the Clinical Administrator; and acting as a central processor for the staffing resource employees in regards to sick calls, availability, questions and needs. Provides secretarial support for the Staffing Resources Department. Department Description

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Secretarial Science Preferred Experience
2 Years Direct Position Experience In Healthcare Or Human Resources Preferred
Must have billing /finance experience
must have senior proficiency with all Microsoft applications
