In this role, you will guide our global finance and administration team and significantly influence our organization's success. We are searching for a dedicated leader who can foster finance sustainability, oversee accounting and administration, recruit top talent, implement best practices, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture. Responsibilities Oversee the global Finance function for Milestone. Lead the accounting team responsible for comprehensive financial management, including: Order to Cash Cycle (Order entry, Billing, Accounts Receivable) Expenses management (Accounts Payables, forecasting, payments, contracts) Revenue recognition oversight General Ledger Accounting - ensure compliance and complete P&L management Financial Planning and Analysis - create accurate forecasts, expense budgeting, and vital KPIs for a SAAS business model Partner with the CEO to liaise with external investors, banks, and financial institutions, producing necessary reports and presentations for investor meetings. Provide leadership and mentorship to the Finance and Administration team, focusing on career development across our distributed teams in Silicon Valley and India. Act as a business partner for departments like Sales, CSM, and Products, aiding in compensation structures, commission plans, and P&L analysis. Manage financial systems, including NetSuite, while driving the automation of reports. Collaborate with teams for data import/export processes related to NetSuite. Oversee Payroll and global building lease management. Conduct contract reviews and approve necessary modifications. Serve as the key contact between the company and legal representatives on various legal matters. Key Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team of around 10 across various geographies. 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a smaller company (mandatory). Demonstrated stability and a strong record in previous positions. Experience leading both Accounting and Finance functions. Background in SAAS/Software companies with expertise in revenue recognition for professional services and recurring revenue streams. Ability to implement new processes and improve existing operations. Talent for inspiring others to embrace innovative initiatives. Strong multitasking skills and capacity to manage complex tasks simultaneously. Hands-on operational experience. Extensive FP&A knowledge. Exceptional communication abilities. About Milestone Inc.
