- Located in Austin, Texas
- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re seeking a skilled RF Development Engineer to join a cutting-edge team developing and supporting high-performance oscillator products and RF solutions. This role is based in Austin, Texas , and offers the opportunity to work hands-on with analog and RF circuit design, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Test, debug, and support analog/RF building blocks including amplifiers, filters, mixers, detectors, and couplers
- Troubleshoot RF circuit issues and provide root cause analysis
- Develop and implement automated test procedures
- Support design changes through ECO documentation and BOM updates
- Analyze performance data and implement product enhancements
- Contribute to EMC/EMI compliance efforts and ensure IPC design standards are met
What We're Looking For:
- Industrial hands-on experience in developing and testing RF/microwave circuits
- To have a basic understanding of microelectronics
- Experience with RF test equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc.
- Bonus: Experience with analog/digital design, hardware test and validation, and RF layout techniques
- Must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States
