The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a board eligible/board certified Allergy & Immunology physician to join our healthcare team at Cavalon Place located just west of Seattle, in beautiful Silverdale, Washington State.
The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $275,000 to $300,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
The Doctors Clinic currently offers the following benefits for eligible FTEs: • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance • Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) • Vacation, CME, and Sick Leave • 401(k) Retirement Plan and Profit Sharing • Group Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance

Unit Description This 100% outpatient opportunity follows a regular Monday through Friday schedule with no call. The Doctors Clinic currently has 1 allergy & immunology physician and 1 ARNP and there is a need in the community to support another physician. Someone with a pediatrics residency is preferred to complement our current allergist's internal medicine training, but it is not required. • Physician-owned and physician-governed outpatient multi-specialty group • 2 year guaranteed salary and productivity bonus potential • Eligible to become a shareholder after 2 years • Excellent comprehensive benefit package • Signing and relocation bonuses • CME allowance
