Job Responsibilities Include:
Manage sales of complex, high-value outcome-based contracts, including new client acquisition and expanding Salesforce footprint within existing accounts, collaborating with Salesforce through channel strategies. Develop and recommend strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support growth and profitability. Onboard, manage, and upsell within complex client relationships post-sale. Create strategies for long-term success across your client and prospect portfolios. Participate in management reviews of account performance metrics and business initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver premium client service. Provide visibility to Salesforce stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand Salesforce services within existing clients in your region. Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in consulting or IT services sales, targeting industries such as BFSI, Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Media, Tech, Travel, Transportation, and Logistics. At least 4 years of enterprise sales and business development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud. Preferred Skills:
Experience selling MuleSoft solutions alongside Salesforce is advantageous. Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Exceptional influencing, presentation, and sales skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives. Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and develop accounts. Proficiency in designing, scoping, and selling innovative IT solutions integrating NTT Data services. The starting salary range for this remote role in the US is $180,500 - $281,200, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. This role may also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
