Salary :
$100K-$120K annually (Direct Hire) Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans Manage sales / marketing budgets Oversee advertising and promotional activities Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies Achieve profit / loss and market share goals Adjust marketing strategies based on market research Build and maintain industry relationships Prepare marketing activity reports Maintain consistent corporate image Set and achieve sales performance goals Develop and control sales and marketing programs Represent the company at trade association meetings Assist with client relationships and deal negotiations Ensure budget compliance and control expenditures Prepare periodic sales reports Direct product research and development Recruit and manage staff to achieve company goals Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred) Minimum of 10 years in Sales and New Product Development with managerial responsibilities Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Benefits :
