Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, including market entry strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for optimization.
Build and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various strategic initiatives and investment opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, operations, and product development to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Presentations and Reporting
Prepare and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategic planning processes and methodologies. M&A
Assist SVP in trending databooks and underwriting-related analyses. Assist SVP with building integration collateral (playbook and checklist). Run integration processes to ensure functions are proactive in business planning to ingest acquisitions. Implement system to track and measure synergy realization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES An individual qualified for this job must be able to: Demonstrate strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise insights. Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools. Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have a proven track record of driving results and influencing decision-making through strategic analysis and recommendations. Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related field. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Snowflake.
