Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is currently seeking a Manager to join our Operations Excellence practice within our Financial Management discipline. This person will bring expertise deploying NetSuite software, in-depth knowledge of multiple business functions (e.g., Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Project to Cash, International Management), and will demonstrate a proven track record of leading successful NetSuite implementation projects. West Monroe’s NetSuite projects are typically highly complex, transformative engagements for middle to upper middle-market clients, involving multiple West Monroe team members per project. What You’ll Do Serve as a delivery leader on complex engagements, communicating directly with client sponsors, managing engagement scope, budget, deliverables, and team development. Lead NetSuite implementation projects across various workstreams, overseeing scope, profitability, change management, vendor relations, and team growth. Assess NetSuite’s suitability for prospective clients and devise tailored implementation strategies. Establish project governance and develop solution architecture for NetSuite and related applications. Review approaches and deliverables of junior team members for quality assurance. Lead non-NetSuite ERP projects such as fit-gap analyses, software selection, or IT due diligence. Create methodologies, project assets, and tools, supporting practice strategies and quality standards. Support business development through networking, educating partners, and scoping proposals. Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, embodying West Monroe’s values. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ experience with ERP systems, including 4+ years with NetSuite configuration and use. Experience with third-party integrations, customizations, and M&A activities is a plus. Proven project management skills leading multiple NetSuite implementations, including scope, budget, and risk management. At least 1 year of people management experience with a passion for coaching. Strong data analysis skills; proficient with Excel and visualization tools. Excellent communication skills, capable of producing executive-level deliverables and engaging clients effectively. Experience in core industries like Healthcare, High Tech, Utilities, or Financial Services is preferred. Commitment to diversity and inclusion; willing to travel up to 50%.
