Network Engineer, Intermediate
to join our team in the
Fayetteville, NC
area. Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions. Responsibilities: Support the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency wide-area networks (WANs) and local-area networks (LANs). Assist in designing and managing the WAN infrastructure and any processes related to the WAN. Provide production support of the network, including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution client networks. Maintain efficient functional systems, networks and communication connectivity for all users, keeping current on new developments for all assigned areas, including continually performing feasibility studies on how new products/technology would fit into existing system/WAN/LAN infrastructures and developing implementation plans for the changes/upgrades. Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience Associates degree in relevant field IAT II or CCNP IT Service Managment 2 preferred Clearance Required: TS/SCI Job Type: Full Time Work Location: One location Fayetteville, NC Travel: Up to 10% travel during the year.
