As a Sales Representative for LW Flooring, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by promoting and selling our extensive range of flooring products and services to customers in the Mid-Atlantic Market. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about flooring, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth within the assigned territory. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and engaging potential customers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our flooring products and their applications. Collaborate with the sales team and management to establish sales goals and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility and attract new customers. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role in the flooring industry. Knowledge of various flooring types, installation methods, and industry standards is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory. How to Apply:
