We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This full-time position will involve ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel overnight, balancing financial transactions, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining the security of the hotel during late hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform nightly balancing of all financial transactions and postings in the hotel’s management system.
2. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
3. Verify the accuracy of all transactions, including credit card charges, room rates, and other fees.
4. Ensure that the hotel’s financial and guest records are up-to-date, accurate, and complete.
5. Assist with guest inquiries, concerns, and requests during the night shift.
6. Prepare and run financial reports for the management team.
7. Handle any late-night guest requests or issues, ensuring a prompt resolution.
8. Monitor and secure hotel property by checking entrances, exits, and surveillance systems.
9. Assist with the maintenance of the lobby area and provide exceptional customer service to any guests requiring assistance.
10. Ensure proper safety and security procedures are followed during the night shift.
11. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in a hotel, front desk, or accounting role is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hotel management software.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
8. Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
