Human Resources Generalist
Pay Range: $60,000 - $68,000/Year

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience working in Human Resources.
- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and employment-related laws and regulations.
- Competent in employee benefit plans and administration.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple demands, and maintain high attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS, UKG a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond quickly to questions from team members at all organizational levels.
What you’ll do:
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will uphold Nova-Tech Engineering’s culture, values, and pillars through your actions and communication while taking a strengths-based approach to support our team members and company. This position will understand the importance and impact of Nova-Tech Engineering’s culture and have knowledge of HR best practices, laws and compliance, and the HR life cycle. This role will be agile with the ability to shift focus from project to project, support different teams, and be flexible to adjust the work and day as needed.
Other key areas include:
- Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures and provide effective guidance.
- Provide daily HR functions and services across the company and divisions.
- Facilitate the new hire orientation process to ensure the best first impression.
- Support Human Resources with team member relations, development, communication, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Participate with the People and Culture Department to strengthen our company culture.
- Support and implement recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
