#R Qualifications: Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. Experience : One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required. Additional Skills (required) : Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
