Description We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Deerfield, WI!Let's talk about the available shift: 1st Shift Assembler works Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm 1 st Shift Hybrid Assembler works Monday - Thursday, 8am-6:30pm with possible OT on Fridays The Pay for Assemblers: 1st Shift - $20/hr Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked Remedy provides the Assembler with Benefits: Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit options Medical, Dental, Vision & Retirement Plan; starting on day 1 Free Online Classes to enhance your manufacturing skills $100 BONUS per referral; work with your family and friends Full time; Evaluation to Hire position; Hiring immediately Job Duties of the Assembler: Organize and prepare materials for assembly Perform manufacturing sequences required to assemble electrodes Responsible for achieving and maintaining specified product quality levels Troubleshoot assembly problems as required Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections. May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment Other duties as assigned Apply Now! Assembly experience preferred; entry level position Adept with hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and good dexterity Able to read and follow instructions and procedure Ability to understand assembly documentation, blueprints, and/or wire lists Familiarity with general computer operation IPC Soldering Certification a plus QSR experience a plus Stand/walk/sit (seated positions available) Grip, grasp, twist, bend, reach Lift up to 35 lbs.
