Responsibilities We seek a COMSEC Custodian / Special Device Inventory Manager (OCONUS) to support our military client. This position requires an active Secret clearance and deployment to a TBD OCONUS location. The role involves managing receipt, storage, and transfer of DoD-provided special access control devices, COMSEC equipment, documents, and keying materials. Responsibilities include training host nation personnel, conducting inventories, coordinating repairs and replacements, and maintaining compliance with security policies and procedures. Key duties include: Processing shipments and updating inventory databases Safeguarding and distributing equipment and materials Managing obsolescence, repairs, and disposal Providing installation, troubleshooting, and technical support Reporting inventory status and conducting technical investigations Attending training and stakeholder meetings Developing distribution plans and maintaining security protocols Qualifications High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant security experience Must hold and maintain at least a DoD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security policies Ability to manage security processes, conduct inventories, and maintain security records Strong communication, briefing, and investigative skills Understanding of PII and proprietary safeguarding methods **Desired Qualifications:** Navy Radio systems familiarity, Crypto system integration, Cable building, Navy electronics training, System checkouts, Crypto certification, Maintenance experience, Self-starter attitude.
