The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative rockstar to join our team as a Growth Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will help develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital acquisition channels, support the creative development pipeline, and collaborate with content creators to bring fresh, impactful ideas to life. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to work hard, think outside the box, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.
Source, pitch, and manage partnerships with content creators, handling all communication, contracts, creative briefs, content approvals, influencer relations, and rate negotiations.
Research the consumer and competitor landscape to uncover insights and pain points that inspire impactful marketing creative.
Leverage data and campaign results to make data-driven recommendations and develop optimized iterations of creative and strategies.
Monitor KPIs to identify trends, analyze results, and communicate campaign performance to the broader team and senior leadership.
Support creative development processes for digital ads, including mockups, asset development, copywriting, creative briefs, and brainstorming sessions.
Innovate and enhance the content creator program and asset development strategy by staying up to date on industry and social media trends.
Contribute to revenue growth and creative innovation by combining creative strategy, campaign optimization, and on-site growth tactics, such as landing page funnel testing.
Background:
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top university.
A creative and analytical thinker who can see the big picture while diving into data to solve problems.
A strong creative eye with the ability to identify and develop compelling, high-performing ad concepts.
Genuinely excited about working on creative projects and collaborating with content creators and designers.
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify actionable insights and optimize performance.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to clearly and professionally communicate ideas.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
A passion for high-growth consumer brands and a desire to pursue a career in marketing.
Naturally curious about understanding customer behavior and excited to contribute to a disruptive beauty brand.
Marketing, analytics, or strategy experience is a plus.
