General Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations at our advanced CNC machining facility in Sacramento, California. In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership of the site’s performance—ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and profitability. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational success at a facility known for precision prototyping and production machining. Key Responsibilities: Full P&L responsibility and overall site management Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team Oversee CNC manufacturing operations, production, quality, safety, and scheduling Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor operational metrics to meet customer and business expectations Foster collaboration across finance, HR, engineering, and sales Represent the facility in customer, supplier, and vendor relationships Qualifications: ️ 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in CNC machining or precision manufacturing ️ Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial results ️ Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, prototyping, and lean principles ️ Excellent team leadership and communication skills ️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Why Join Us?
