H.W. Kaufman Group is currently searching for a Manager of Campus Recruitment & Internships to oversee all campus programs for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our early career campus programs, inclusive of our summer internship program, as well as all campus events and ongoing initiatives. You will be responsible for further developing, overseeing, and executing the overall campus recruitment strategy, while considering business-specific talent needs. You will manage all campus relationships and relevant branding related to university programs and serve as a brand ambassador for H.W. Kaufman Group both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the campus recruitment strategy for H.W. Kaufman Group, including managing recruitment events and outreach strategies while promoting our employment brand on university campuses
- Partnering with managers to understand team needs and hire interns
- Managing the screening, interviewing, and selection process and timeline, including for full-time placement decisions; maintaining up-to-date reporting on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
- Developing and cultivating relationships with college placement offices, students, alumni associations, and professional student organizations
- Developing and executing the summer program schedule of events; partner with managers and business stakeholders to design and implement bespoke programming
- Serving as a subject-matter expert on campus initiatives, trends, competitive practices and providing thought leadership, advice, and counsel
- Conducting regular check ins with interns and managers throughout the summer, performing exit interviews and sharing key themes with business leaders and key stakeholders; provide mentoring and support for campus program participants
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and presenting metrics and data to HR and business leadership teams to drive decision making and/or program enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- 5+ years of corporate and relevant recruitment experience
- Experience serving as a ‘brand ambassador’ and representing organizations both internally and externally, including strong public speaking skills
- Ability to think strategically, independently, and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and drive change as needed
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to travel
