The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, direction, and administration of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Occupational Therapist (OT):
An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a healthcare professional who helps individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

- At least a MS in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy required.
- Licensed in the State of Oklahoma required.
- BLS required.
- First Aid certification preferred.
- Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A).
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience inpatient rehab or acute experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
